Chapter 16 Data Model Scorecard Case Study: Consumer Interaction

For this case study, we will review the data model underlying an application that will support trends on consumer feedback. This application, called Consumer Interaction, analyzes three types of consumer interactions: complaints, compliments and questions. An interaction is a contact between an employee and a consumer for a specific product. An interaction can take place through a variety of medium such as through phone, email, and mail.

Here are examples of some of the interactions:
