If you click the small question mark shown in the top left hand area of Figure 3–19,
you get the Visio specific help window. To show the Contents window, click the Show
icon second from the left (which toggles it to a Hide icon). See Figure 3–20.
If you double click on Help on the main menu, you reveal the help menu shown in
Figure 3–21. The Microsoft Visio Help option displays the help window shown in Figure
3–20. The Developer Reference is for those who want to program Visio’s shapes. This
