The Custom Functions and My Menus
Custom Functions let you tailor the behavior of your camera in a variety of different ways, such as the function carried out when the SET button is pressed. If you don’t like the default way the camera carries out a particular task, you may be able to do something about it. You can find the Custom Functions in their own one-page menu, color-coded orange-brown, and visible whenever you are using P, Fv, Tv, Av, M, and B exposure modes. The menu has three groups of commands (Custom Functions I, II, and III), and two entries that return your Custom Functions and customized settings to their factory defaults. (See Figure 14.1.)
