Movie-making with still cameras, which was once a “bonus” feature, has become so widely used that the video specs of any new camera like the 90D are evaluated carefully by potential buyers. You can now buy fancy harnesses, rigs, and Steadycam setups for Canon digital cameras, turning the more ambitious among us into one-person motion-picture studios, ready and able to shoot everything from family vacation movies suitable for broadcasting on PBS during pledge week to full-length feature films.
