During the writing of this book, we only tested a simple one parent, one child RI
scenario. If more complex RI relationships exist (for example two tables having
foreign keys that reference each other), it would be advisable to use the strategy
to turning off integrity checking before running Undo or Redo SQL.
6.13 Scenario E: PIT recovery using command line
Up to now we have mainly used the DB2 Recovery Expert GUI, using the
command line only for log analysis. It is possible to use the command line for the
entire recovery process. We use the following scenario to demonstrate this.
