How are ‘climate refugees’, ‘environmental migrants’ and ‘displaced persons’ represented in American media, and what does this tell us about the political imaginaries of climate mobilities? This chapter delves into the ways news media in the United States discuss climate mobility issues and investigates their ideological foundations.
