In multiple dimensions we look at joint CDFs of multiple variables. A joint
CDF is a two-increasing function of the random variables. Joint CDFs can be
represented using copulas by using the marginal distributions of the constit-
uent variables. These concepts are presented at various points in this book
wherever relevant, particularly in Chapter 6.
