Chapter 4: Delay-Doppler modulation
Non c'è nulla di più difficile da gestire, di esito incerto e così pericoloso da realizzare dell'inizio di un cambiamento.

Abstract
This chapter elaborates on the recently proposed OTFS modulation technique that offers significant advantages over OFDM in high-mobility wireless channels. We first introduce OTFS modulation and demodulation and analyze the input–output relation of OTFS for ideal pulse shaping waveforms. We then reformulate the OTFS system model in a compact matrix form, which enables us to reveal its relation to the discrete Zak transform, and derive the input–output relations for practical pulse shaping waveforms in different domains. Finally, we extend our study to the variants ...
