The focus of this edition is the delivery of a course and course materials. This is the point where the planning and development reach the client, the learner, and are seen by the wider community.

In all of the four books in this series the possibility of overlap has to be recognized. After all ‘planning’ involves considerations of ‘development’ and ‘delivery’ and ‘evaluation’.
