Chapter 11. Closing the Training

Note to the Trainer:

If you have been following the schedule for one-day training, ideally it will be 4:30 p.m. and you will have 15 minutes to cover the key information in this chapter/module before going on to the Q&A at the end of the training, scheduled for 4:45 p.m. (The one day agenda is reprinted in the Appendix in the back of this training manual.)

If you have been following the agenda for a two-day training program covering two half-days training program, this final part of the training will take place approximately at 12 noon. Once again, it is scheduled for 15 minutes, before the final Q&A, which will be followed by an overall review of the day, distribution of any final handouts, as well as the evaluation ...
