Chapter 10 Bringing It Back to Demand/Supply Integration: Managing the Demand Review

In Chapter 1–3, the focus was the “superprocess” of Demand/Supply Integration, or DSI. Chapters 4–9 have examined the subprocess of demand forecasting that, along with a variety of other subprocesses such as supply planning, inventory planning, and financial planning, make up the superprocess of DSI. Now, in this concluding chapter, we turn our focus once again back to Demand/Supply Integration; here, the discussion will center on the Demand Review.
