Gillian Horn has been in architectural practice for 20 years, the last ten as a partner at Penoyre & Prasad. She has been involved in a number of research-led design projects, including the DfES Building Schools for the Future and the multidisciplinary Space for Personalised Learning. She is a chair of CABE’s London Design Review panel and a member of Urban Design London’s Housing and Public Realm Design Surgery panel.
