AC Tests Alternating Current tests pertain to verifying the dynamic switching characteristics of the device.
active load A programmable circuit that acts as a pull-up or pull-down load when connected to a DUT pin.
Active-Low A signal whose active state is considered to be a logic 0.
Active-High A signal whose active state is considered to be a logic 1.
ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) A device or process that converts analog input levels into digital values.
alias frequency A false lower-frequency signal component that is caused by an inadequate sample frequency.
