As has been mentioned, upgrades to Windows 10 are located under Software Library\Windows 10 Servicing in the ConfigMgr console. Similar to other updates, these are also deployed using Automatic Deployment Rules.
Data in Windows 10 servicing will be available only after the WSUS server is synchronizing the Upgrades classification.
On the console, under Software Library\Windows 10 Servicing\All Windows 10 Updates, the administrator can see all available Windows upgrades and feature updates:
