Chapter overview
Design work is completed during Stage 4, with the exception of responding to any Design Queries that may be generated by the contractor. During Stage 5 the work of the lead designer will depend on the Schedule of Services that has been agreed and included in their professional services contract and, in part, on the procurement route.
