In chapters 4 and 5 we explained how to gather perspective from the business stakeholders and learners to better clarify the problem. This chapter identifies constraints you need to attend to while gathering that perspective. The stakeholder map introduced in chapter 4 can be a useful tool here as well. The individuals on it are all ones who may help you identify constraints or check assumptions about constraints.
