The actual deployment period for any project, including an IAM framework, can be an unhappy one for a couple of unavoidable reasons. First, it’s a lot of work. Your internal resources are being pulled from their regular duties. There are constant issues and interruptions. And of course, none of this effort is revenue-generating.

Second, there’s nothing to show for a while. You are putting effort in, and not seeing any results.
