Two heads are better than one, right? Why is this not true for ten or twenty heads? It turns out it can be, when they’re guided by a skilled and effective facilitator. Workshops take a lot of time not only to plan, but also to prepare for, including the work that must be done on the day of the workshop itself. This time is necessary to ensure that the workshop goes off without a hitch and that the participants produce quality content and contribute as best they can.
