The Synergy Process project plan presented here is for projects that don't plan on using the Unified Process and intend to build their own process. Developed through work on real projects, this plan has served me well over the years.
This appendix presents the plan that I have found invaluable. It initially started out as a plan for just client/server-based projects, regardless of methodology. It has been through the paces, and the good part is that it is meant as a baseline to build your own plan. I don't expect you to follow every task in the plan. The plan must be molded for your own project needs.
