IN THIS CHAPTER

The project is taking shape. Chapters 1 through 4 culminated in completion of the project's Inception phase. Some key deliverables were produced, including a requirements model consisting of two UML diagrams and the project vision. In the next phase, Elaboration, we expand the boundaries established by the requirements model.

Our flyby of the entire application during the Inception phase produced a list of in-scope use-cases and all of their individual pathways (primary, alternate, and exception), and described in detail their happy pathways.
