Cabinet Implementation Unit
The CIU focuses on assisting the prime minister and Cabinet with the implementation and delivery of the government's key strategic priorities. The CIU vision is an APS-wide culture of collaboration in implementation, leading to real outcomes for Australians (see page 128). Its mission is to promulgate best practice and build capability in implementation by:
• supporting and facilitating APS implementation planning; and
• sharing implementation and delivery expertise and skills across government.
