Abstract

This case study examines the extent to which a teacher training program helped bilingual teachers develop their knowledge and practice of translanguaging pedagogies. Seven bilingual education teachers completed an ELL licensure program in addition to a new Dual Language Bilingual Education (DLBE) Graduate Certificate Program as part of a federally funded project to improve DLBE education in Indiana.
