Purpose: To Learn Framing and Positioning.

Photography is the art of seeing. You need to slow down, look, and observe. Photographer Harry Callahan made it a practice to take his camera on a walk through his neighborhood every day. He would not return home until he had photographed something he had never seen, or photographed something in a different way than he had before.

For this assignment, start at the corner of a city block that has buildings that intrigue you. Alternatively you could begin on the corner of a street with homes—preferably not track homes that all look the same!
