You now have some techniques to help validate product enhancement ideas early and often, and you know the path to getting a product improvement prototyped, designed, developed, and launched into production.

That must mean you’re done, right?

Not so fast.

Getting a new (or enhanced) product into the hands of your customers merely means that you’ve finished one phase and are ready to embark on another. And this new phase is one of the most critical in product management: measuring success.
