Lancaster Gate Public Library Disaster Manager’s Kit: Ten Steps to Operational Resumption and Continuity

Following an emergency or disaster at the LGPL Main Library or branches, take the following steps:
Step One: Are you fit and prepared to act as LGPL’s Disaster Manager (DM)? If so, carry out the procedures in this kit. If not, allow your delegate to assume DM responsibilities.
