John Guenther didn’t start in corporate communications at one of the largest, most successful banks. He started his career as a writer-in-training on one of the best-known, longest-running soaps, As the World Turns. Guenther took a temp job at Citibank, which ultimately led to a position in marketing communications at the Bank of New York (BNY).
