Aligning the Organization for Growth

This chapter assumes that you’ve taken the first step toward creating a plan for discovery-driven growth, namely, specifying a clear and unambiguous growth strategy on the part of senior leadership, with a concrete set of screening statements that are a guide to which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are not. Achieving real growth, however, requires more than a specification of a compelling frame—it needs resource allocation and focused attention.
