With this additional information, the LDH increase at recurrence can now
be computed for each entity. First, the distributions given in Table4.7are
entered in the Inputs worksheet and then converted to the cumulative by
adding the total for each interval to the preceding total (entered as decimals
in Table4.8). The cells containing the cumulative distribution for the females
are collectively named fLDH, and those for the males, mLDH.
Then, a new random number will be selected for each entity and stored in
