Conditionalize an attribute set based on a build parameter

Set up an attribute set so that it formats an element different ways depending on a parameter in your ANT build file.

You can conditionalize an attribute (or almost anything, really) based on attribute values in your content, such as outputclass. But suppose you want to conditionalize based not on anything within your content, but instead on some condition that comes from a higher, non-content-dependent level, such as your ANT build file.
