Create an ANT build file

Create an ANT build file that contains properties for your custom PDF plugin.

The easiest way to create output directly from the DITA Open Toolkit—and avoid cumbersome command lines—is to create an ANT build file that includes all the output parameters. Using ANT build files and batch files, you can set up one- (well, two-) click builds that make testing easy.

Note: If you’re using an XML editor to create DITA content, that editor probably includes the capability to interact with the DITA Open Toolkit to create output.
