Make the DITA Open Toolkit recognize your custom PDF plugin.

You’ve created a plugin, but the Open Toolkit can’t detect it automatically; You need to tell the Open Toolkit about your plugin. You do this with the plugin integrator (integrator.xml), which is an ANT file that integrates your plugins with the Open Toolkit. In the past, you could use startcmd.bat (or startcmd.sh) to run the integrator, but both of those files have been deprecated.
