Models to use for map metadata

Map metadata can come from a map, a bookmap or both, depending on which you are using. If you publish a bookmap that contains bookmeta, and the bookmap calls a map that contains topicmeta, the information in the bookmeta takes precedence. If you publish a bookmap that contains no bookmeta, and the bookmap calls a map that contains topicmeta, the information in the topicmeta takes precedence:
