Introduction
The diversity makeup of a company is not something that is required by law but something much of corporate America practices on their own and thus is not regulated or standardized. Note that this is different from discrimination, which is highly regulated and will be touched upon later in the chapter. Corporate diversity management refers to applying diversity in all layers of management.
Typically, there are five layers of management.

- Manager
- Director
- Vice President
- C-Suite
