We can join in on offensive and violent group behavior and not feel guilt.
But to our credit as human beings, I've also seen individuals step up to the plate and demonstrate courageous behaviors in the midst of observing an injustice to another person. There are many societal examples of this and just as many occurrences in the corporate setting.

My hope is that they will spark Ah Ha moments that will lead to a shift in some of your perspectives, and ultimately a change in behaviors. Change starts with you!
Be the change you wish to see in the world.
