Preset scope

Presets make the Webtop UI sensitive to a wide variety of contexts or situations defined in terms of folder paths (locations), users, groups and roles, and object types. A preset is applicable to precisely one set of contexts, which is called its scope. In our example scenario, suppose that only loan officers should be starting workflows. If John is a member of the group zone_loanofficer, John being the user is one context relevant to this example. The set of all the contexts where the logged in user is a member of zone_loanofficer is the scope that should be associated with the preset for implementing this restriction. For simplicity, we just say that the scope of the preset is the group zone_loanofficer.
