Establishing Domino's Internal Infrastructure
When you set up your first Domino server you have to supply a domain name, an organization name, a server name, and the name of one user. You also have to put Domino's security into place. Before you ever get to this point, however, you should have established a security policy for Domino and decided on an overall naming policy. To do this properly you have to understand how Domino organizes itself and you have to decide how Domino's organization will fit into your company's organization.
