Changes in the Mail Service
The most popular computer application today is generally acknowledged to be email. The Notes client has always provided secure and convenient email service. R5 has introduced some changes with which administrators should be familiar.
Mail Rules
The Notes R5 client introduces Mail Rules. Users may now specify criteria that automatically trigger actions by Notes such as moving a document with specified content to a folder. By creating rules, users can manipulate incoming messages. Administrators will need to be familiar with Mail Rules.
