Physical modeling

Presentation models for urban design are important tools in the understanding and development of the city. Many cities have city models as exhibitions to encourage developers and investors to understand their vision of the city and its future development. The city models tend to be at a large metric scale: 1:1500 or 1:1000. They have interchangeable tiles that allow new ideas to be tested by developers and seen in the broader context of the city.
