8. Commit to a Plan of Action

Now that you’ve identified your greatest strengths and ways to leverage them, and your greatest opportunity areas and ways to practice and improve, you’re ready to make some commitments. Documenting your plan and committing to specific actions and timeframes are the best ways to drive improvement in any area.

The purpose of this section is to help you create your own individual development plan that you can use over a long period of time as you continue learning, developing, and improving.
