Product Vision: A Purposeful Direction for Your Product

Having clear goals that help you pursue valuable outcomes by aiming to change specific outputs isn’t enough. If you don’t have an idea where those goals are supposed to take you, then all those small steps won’t bring you closer to your destination. There needs to be an overarching direction that ties all those different goals together. For products, that binding factor is the Product Vision.
