Time for action — enabling and configuring the core contact form

We will configure the core contact form, so that anonymous visitors to our site will be able to provide feedback about the site.

  1. Once again, we will use Drush to enable the module, but we don't need to download it as it is a core module.
    C:\xampp\htdocs\d7dev>drush en contact
    The following extensions will be enabled: contact
    Do you really want to continue? (y/n): y

  2. Now, open up our d7dev site in your favorite browser, and click on the Modules link in the Admin toolbar. Scroll down to the module named Contact under the Core group; you will notice that it is enabled. Then, click on the Permissions link under the OPERATIONS column.
