In this chapter, we covered the basics of how to manage, create, and configure Open Atrium groups. The first section of the chapter talked about the importance of groups and how they can be used to segregate information among a company's various departments. We discussed how Open Atrium supports groups by implementing the Organic groups module in Drupal.

The next section walked through the process of creating new groups and provided examples of how to configure the various settings available on the group's configuration page.
