Attaching a file to a blog entry

Now, suppose we want our users to be able to quickly print out a PDF of the Holiday Leave policy. The first thing we would do is create a PDF of our policy to be attached to our blog entry. For this example, we can use any PDF file to demonstrate how to attach it to the blog entry. Once we have a PDF file, we can click on the Blog icon to view our entries and click on the title of the blog entry. Now, we can click on the Edit link and scroll down to the Attach files to this blog entry section.

The following screenshot shows an example of the Attach files section:

Now, we click on Choose File and locate the PDF file ...
