Summary

In this chapter, we walked through examples of using the Open Atrium Case Tracker, also referred to as the To Do list. The first part walked through the life cycle of a bug, including statuses and priorities. Then we covered how to add a new project or category for organizing our cases based on a specific topic or set of topics.

The next couple of sections taught us how to find our cases, and how to manage projects. Finally, in the last section we covered viewing cases and commenting. In the commenting cases section, we learned how to enable and disable comments for a particular case.

In the next chapter, we will explore the Calendar feature of Open Atrium.
