In the Case Tracker settings section, we walked through examples on how to edit basic settings for the Case Tracker, including default values, and how to modify the select lists for case status, priority, and type.
In the next section, we went through a brief introduction on how to edit views. We used the example of modifying the "Assign to list" in "Case Tracker" to only show users in the case assignee role. We looked at how to enable the Views UI module and learned how to clone a view to create our own working copy of the view.
