One of the biggest concerns that prospective clients have about rich-media PDFs is that the files can become quite large in size, especially if they include full-motion video. The ability to email the PDF is especially appealing to direct-marketing companies, but many Internet service providers cap email attachments at 5 MB, so it’s important to plan ahead to avoid that limitation.
