Summary

In this chapter, we toured the visual IDE of Studio. We've touched upon every working area of the Studio tooling, from the top level menu down to the small properties settings. We have examined how to create a new project, add components, add custom JavaScript perform bindings, and set component properties. We have also looked at the benefits of using revision control software such as Git.

This chapter builds upon the architectural concepts introduced in previous chapters. You should now find yourself becoming more comfortable connecting the mouse clicks in the Studio tooling with the concepts happening underneath it all.

In the next chapter, we will apply our understanding and discuss designing applications.
