In this chapter, we have learned about key considerations when planning our application. The aspects we discussed are primarily those of the layout of the application and the performance of the application. By starting with a layout well suited to the user's device and keeping our application nimble, we are much more likely to have a successful application. Using page containers to segment the application and controlling the use of service calls are key performance factors. Spend some time in the beginning planning the application layout. Experiment with a few test applications on target devices if you can. Restructuring an application midway through its creation is best avoided as much as possible.
