In this chapter, we discussed navigating in and around a WaveMaker application. We looked at navigation in general and used navigation calls for everything from loading pages into page containers to changing layers. We explored the diverse range of notifications that the WaveMaker framework provides, from alerts and toasts to confirmations and warns.

We began leveraging navigation to reuse pages with dialogs. Page container dialogs and designable dialogs allowed us to reuse pages within dialogs. Publishing page properties enabled the page to remain independent of its parent while allowing the page container to influence how the page looks and behaves.
