Ginger enhances your agni, digestive fire, making it perfect for those who may have a bit of a hard time with beans. Edamame is high in protein and contains isoflavones, which are incredible for healthy skin, bones, and immune system.

MAKES 1 CUP

1 cup cooked pre-shelled edamame (frozen and thawed is fine)

14 cup tahini

12-in piece ginger, peeled and chopped (about 12 tbsp)

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, peeled (option to omit for Pitta)

14 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

14 tsp sea salt
